Today’s need of the hour is of the “Inclusive Educator” as I realize every child is different yet unique. Educator need to take special note of every child’s learning style as it affects her/his personality and development. It also helps the educator & the child to communicate effectively resulting in strengthening his/her self esteem. Identifying the learning style of each child in a classroom helps the educator to design and execute an effective teaching plan. Educator is a multi tasker who does:-
