our Vision

Over a period of TEN years JNJS has gathered experience and knowledge in managing education. As learning comes naturally to a child, It need not to be drilled or forced through rote learning. JNJS is child-centric. The child's participation and experience is of paramount importance to us as educators. The school is driven to enable each student to realize his / her potential to the fullest and achieve his/her dreams. This is what gives us supreme satisfaction.

Our teaching - learning pattern is throughout joyful and builds a healthy relationship between teachers and students. A journey of discovery is through activities and observations. The tools are the books and our aids are specially designed by teachers. This all forms the repertoire of the curriculum but equally important is the nature around us: garden and playground of the school. Great emphasis is laid on thematic studies. Thematic instruction is based on the idea that children acquire knowledge best by correlating concepts of different subjects.

If we look back, students have been discouraged from verbalizing their thoughts and queries in classrooms and the result had been the majority of students afraid to speak in the public domain. But JNJ guidelines emphasizes more to promote thinking and to encourage despites to speak coherently and intelligently. We have interwoven thinking skills and speaking skills development programs as an intrinsic part of the curriculum. We aspire to see that each alumnus becomes a leader and to ensure that, leadership training starts early in school with students taking on various responsibilities of their classrooms and activities through participation in the school's Volunteer cell. We assure that each teacher of our campus will play multiple roles - to be a friend, philosopher and mentor to the young inquisitive minds and souls. We believe 'a satisfied teacher is a good teacher'. For this, teachers would be put through various training programs conducted on and off campus.

At JNJS, the purpose of education is to develop the complete child, someone who is keen to explore, has the emotional quotient to take everything in stride and has the social skills to interact with the world at large. We look forward toward our children as an adult of tomorrow taking on a leadership role and contributing to their society and their nation as a whole.

An equal emphasis would be laid on making our students aware of issues that are posing a threat to our fragile eco-system.

According to us in JACK N JILL School the character JACK is such a Boy and JILL is such a GIRL who may seems western but in actual Sense they are truly INDIAN by culture. For the past long years our education system has created such Students who are Indian according to Lord Menale’s dream but Mentally they have became Slave of western culture. In our thought we need to reverse this system. In present time English Language has became demand as the medium of Education. In the ambiance of Globalization, it is relevant to accept the importance of English as a medium of Education but we should not become the slave of Western (English) thoughts. We will inculcate such Moral Values that even though the child will speak English fluently as Good Morning or Hello-hi but he will not forget the cultural values of giving respect and greeting elders by touching feet. Even if the child dances on the melodies of western music, he will not forget to Pray by folding hands in temple or home. We dream to build JACK N JILL School like this.

our Mission

We will ensure that our students develop both the skills that a sound education provides and the competencies essential for success and leadership in the emerging creative economy. We will also lead in generating practical and theoretical knowledge that enables people to better understand our world and improve conditions for local and global communities. The JNJ School prepares students to understand, contribute to, and succeed in a rapidly changing society, thus making the world a better and more just place.

our Values

Self Enlightenment

Unless we explore within ourself we are unable to take the big leap in life. As purveyors of knowledge and values, especially of honesty, we must strive to uphold the truth in our words and deeds through Self Awareness. Enlightened people love and accept others just the way they are too. Becoming enlightened isn't a way to measure your spiritual progress or success. This is just something the inner judge does. The enlightened person doesn't measure success because there is no failure.

Social responsibility

Excellence is a journey, not a destination. As part of our effort to foster a ‘Great Place to Learn and Work’, we celebrate team success even as we seek to recognize every individual effort and reward some key outcomes together. We believe that when everyone plays his/her part diligently and well, our organizational effectiveness and efficiency will improve and our students will benefit by learning more and better.

Nationalism

Devotion, especially excessive or undiscriminating devotion, to the interests or culture of a particular nation-state. The belief that nations will benefit from acting independently rather than collectively, emphasizing national rather than international goals Also, the belief that people who share a common language, history, and culture should constitute an independent nation, free of foreign domination. Nation before self should be everyone’s belief & that every member should be valued which means that we should strive to respect different opinions or perspectives and uphold the basic rights of each individual.

Universal Brotherhood

‘VASUDHEV KUTUMBAKAM’ should be the only thought process for global harmonious living. It marks the commemoration of Swami Vivekananda’s belief in one complete world led by oneself in one life. Among the many goals of the Universal Brotherhood is the establishment of Tolerance, Truth, and Peace, while recognizing that the truth is not something exclusive but that every path, religion, philosophy, culture has a part of the truth.
