Admission Procedure

We are dedicated to academic excellence and to the development of self-confident individuals of good character who are prepared to accept responsibilities inherent in personal freedom. Admissions are open to all students who exhibit a strong desire to learn, comprehend from the school environment that is challenging, diverse, supportive and which will help in the holistic development of the individual. Nurturing the special gifts that are inherent in the child and by making each student an independent learner and thinker guidelines the philosophy of the school.

Following are the general guidelines regarding admissions for various classes

Pre-Primary to Class I

The early years of education, from pre-primary to Class I, play a crucial role in shaping a child’s cognitive, emotional, and social development. During this phase, children are introduced to a structured learning environment .

Class X

Class X is a pivotal stage in a student’s academic journey, marking the transition from foundational education to specialized fields of study. It is a year of growth, responsibility, and preparation for future academic and career paths. The curriculum,

Classes II to IX

Classes II to IX represent the formative years of a student’s academic journey. These grades lay the groundwork for holistic development, bridging foundational skills with more advanced concepts.

At the time of admission, the following documents are to be submitted to the School Office

  • Two passport size (recent) photographs.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate by Municipal Board.
  • Copy of the registration card of class IX given by the CBSE Board for admission to class X.
  • Copy of Serving Certificate in case of defense personnel.
  • Original Transfer Certificate, counter signed by CBSE Regional Officer (once the admission is confirmed).
  • Copy of mark sheet / report card of the previous class.
  • Copy of the Transfer Order for admission to classes – X.
NOTE: Normally no admission will be granted in class X except authorized / approved by RBSE

Withdrawal

The School reserves the right to ask the parents to withdraw their child if his/her progress in studies is unsatisfactory, conduct harmful to other students, fee is not paid on time or if there are other reasons which, in the opinion of the school authorities, render his/her continuation in the school undesirable. Honesty, cleanliness of person and dress, good manners and loyalty are expected of each student and anyone not conforming to the School’s ideals in these matters may be asked to leave. Immorality, grave insubordination, contempt of authority or willful damage to property are always reasons for dismissal.

NOTE: Admission will be granted against vacancies available. Seats would be limited to optimize student-teacher ratio. Age criteria is to be strictly adhered to. No test is conducted for admission sought up to prep classes. However an informal interaction is carried out with the child. Grant of admission would be against T.C issued by the previous school. Admission for classes I on-wards is granted after a skill assessment session with the child.
